Crafted using the traditional London Dry Gin distillation method, we are excited to introduce the world’s first-ever salty lime dry gin.

Inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic drinks - salty lime 7-UP, we have elegantly transformed our beloved flavour into a sophisticated gin experience. Served with lemon-flavour soft drinks or in a classic G&T, our gin brings a taste that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

Distilling salty flavour isn’t easy - salt is water-soluble and so can’t be distilled. But we kept trying until we found a way to make it work. To perfect the harmonious and balanced tastes, we carefully selected botanicals from around the world, ensuring our commitment to quality and the spirit of sensational exploration that defines our gin philosophies.
